Facts and circumstances of collection The Guild and ACP are collecting personal information directly from you, including your name, email address and telephone number.
Why does The Guild need to collect this information? The Guild and ACP is collecting this information to do one or more of the following:

  • Keep you up to date of the COVID-19 vaccine rollout across Australia via phone and email.
  • To gain an understanding of your communication needs, to perform research and analysis to improve the way in which The Guild and ACP engages with you.

The Guild and ACP may also use your information for direct marketing in relation to The Guild. We use your information to promote the services of community pharmacies across Australia, as well as keeping you up to date on services that we think will interest you. This marketing may be by email, phone, SMS, post or online.
The primary purpose for which the information is being collected The primary purpose of collecting this information is to keep you up to date of the COVID-19 vaccine rollout across Australia.
The secondary purposes (if any) for which The Guild is collecting this information We may use or disclose your personal information for the purpose of marketing, informing you about our services, upcoming promotions, training and events, or other opportunities that may interest you. If you do not want to receive direct marketing communications, you can opt-out any time by:

advising us if you receive a marketing call that you no longer wish to receive these calls; or
using the unsubscribe facility that we include in all of our marketing communications to opt-out of receiving those messages.
If you opt-out of receiving marketing material from us, we may still contact you in relation to our ongoing relationship with you.

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
What happens if The Guild doesn’t collect this information? If The Guild and ACP do not collect this information we will not be able to provide you with the services as described above.
